Prices

Prices are as of September, 2024.

Ordering from outside the UK

We are happy to post prints to addresses outside the UK. To order for delivery to a non-UK address please CONTACT US and tell us the titles and sizes of the print or prints you wish to order, and your delivery address. To keep shipping costs down prints for delivery outside the UK are shipped in a postal tube, not mounted.  When we receive your order we will send you a price to include carriage and a request for payment via PayPal's secure site. You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to make a purchase.

Availability

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will inform you and refund any payments. If you wish to purchase an original painting please confirm that it is still available by telephoning 07919 671808 or  contact us

We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time. In these circumstances you will be advised.

Descriptions

Whilst we have made every effort to show and describe our products as accurately as possible, the final product may vary slightly from the images viewed on your screen due to viewing in a different medium and the effect of your screen settings.

For speed of viewing, images are shown to a much lower definition than the actual top quality print which is supplied.

The wording "Title by Tina Holley" is not printed on the purchased print.

All sizes are approximate and are given for guidance only.

Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you to process your order and provide you with our services and information.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent, and you can unsubscribe from any future e-mails.

Data will be held in a secure manner and not be passed to a third party.

Returns

On receipt of your order, in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied you can return it to us within the 7 day "trial period", in its original packaging and fit for re-sale, to obtain a refund for the price of the print less carriage costs.

If goods arrive damaged we must be notified within 3 days of delivery, and we will refund return postage of £7.00 or under and arrange to send a replacement.
