All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will let you know. If you wish to purchase an original painting please confirm that it is still available by telephoning 01492 651000 or e-mailing: paintings@tinaholley.com before placing your order.

We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time. In these circumstances you will be advised.

Whilst we have made every effort to show and describe our products as accurately as possible, the final product may vary slightly from the images viewed on your screen due to viewing in a different medium and the effect of your screen settings.

For speed of viewing, images are shown to a much lower definition than the actual top quality print which is supplied.

The wording "copyright Tina Holley" is not printed on the purchased image.

All sizes are approximate and are given for guidance only.

We collect information about you to process your order and provide you with our services and information.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent, and will give you the chance to refuse any e-mails from us in the future.

Data will be held in a secure manner and not be passed to a third party.

On receipt of your order, in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied you can return it to us within the 7 day "trial period", in its original packaging and fit for re-sale, to obtain a full refund.

If goods arrive damaged we must be notified within 7 days of delivery, and we will refund return postage of £4.50 or under and arrange to send a replacement.
